The spacious holiday home is located on a large plot (fully fenced garden) in the middle of the island near the authentic village of Ballum. This is a child-friendly park called Roosdunen (with heated outdoor swimming pool/incl. swimming subscription and tennis court, miniature golf course). Nearby is riding school, golf course, etc. Both the beach, forests and moors, and the village of Ballum are within walking distance. The house offers a lot of privacy with trampoline. From the kitchen and living room you have access to a spacious terrace with windbreak where you can enjoy the sun all day. You may also bring your dog, the garden is fenced.
