Privacy is important for WEBSITENAME. When you book an accommodation with us you give us confidence and we appreciate that. That is why we are committed to protecting all personal data that you entrust to us and to keep it with care.

In this statement we describe how we use and process your personal data. You can also read how to contact us if you have questions about your personal details.

WEBSITENAME offers online accommodation related services through its own websites, as well as through other online platforms such as tour operator and social media websites. This privacy statement applies to all our platforms.

If you are an accommodation rental agent, we also recommend that you read the Privacy Statement for Accommodation Rentals. Also read our separate cookiestatement where we tell you how WEBSITENAME uses cookies.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Statement, then you should no longer use our services. If you agree with our Privacy Statement, you are welcome to use our services.

Your privacy is important to us.

1. What kind of personal information collects WEBSITENAME?

Without information we can not help you with booking an accommodation. So when you use our services, there are certain pieces of information that we ask for. These are pretty general things, such as your name, contact details and your date of birth.

We also collect information from your computer, telephone, tablet, or other device that you use to access our services, including the IP address, browser you use and your language settings. In some situations we also receive information about you from others or we automatically collect other information.

1.1 Personal data that you provide to us

WEBSITENAME collects and uses information that you provide to us. When you create a Reservation, you will be asked for your name and e-mail address, home address, telephone number, payment details, date of birth and any details.

When you contact our customer service, we will also collect information from you. Guests may also be asked to leave a review to help future guests find what they are looking for. We will collect information from you that is included in your assessment.
You can also provide us with information in other cases. For example, if you browse your mobile device, you can decide to allow WEBSITENAME  to view your current location, or provide access to your contact information so that we can provide you with the best possible service and experience

1.2 Personal data that we obtain from other sources

We receive not only information through you, but also from business partners. All information we receive from them can be combined with information provided by you.

For example, WEBSITENAME reservation services are integrated into the services of business partners that you can find online. If you use this, you provide your reservation details to our business partner, who will forward your data to us.

We also integrate third-party services to facilitate payments between bookers and accommodation lessees. These service providers share payment information so that we can manage and process your Reservation, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Another example is that we put telephone services in our platforms so that you can get in touch with the booked accommodation if you have questions about your stay. For this we receive metadata about telephone calls (such as the location from which you called, who you are and the date and duration of the call).

Accommodation owners can also share information about you with WEBSITENAME, for example if you have questions about your upcoming reservation, or if there is a dispute about your Reservation.
